We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not provide return shipping labels
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order separately

European Union (30-Day Return Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can also request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
